Abstract

The authors consider the generation of correlated multiphoton quantum states using periodically poled nonlinear crystals with quadratic nonlinearity. The spatial and polarization characteristics of the generated correlated beams are studied. Statistical quantum polarization Stokes operators and coefficients of intermode correlation are calculated.
