This study aimed to reveal and describe the performance of community learning center managers as measured by self‐efficacy, entrepreneurship, and professionalism. This study used a quantitative method with a survey of 133 respondents. Questionnaires, documents, and interviews were used as data collection tools, and the data were analyzed using path analysis. It was found that self‐efficacy and entrepreneurship had a statistically significant positive effect on the manager's performance but a negative effect on professionalism. Professionalism had a negative effect on the manager's performance, and self‐efficacy and entrepreneurship had an indirect negative influence on managerial performance through professionalism. It was concluded that the performance of the managers could be improved by developing higher levels of self‐efficacy and entrepreneurship. Improving professionalism can be done in several ways, such as training and education, the certainty of work status, institutionalization, and adequate income.
