A novel single antenna interference cancellation algorithm of frequency shift keying (FSK) signal based on virtual multi‐input multi‐output (MIMO) is proposed in this paper. The idea is to form a virtual MIMO detection model from one‐dimensional signal through over‐sampling, then the pseudo‐Inverse matrix of transfer matrix can be used to complete demodulation. Simulation results are presented to indicate the symbol error rate performance with gaussian white noise and frequency sweeping interference of the proposed algorithm, and the performances of non‐synchronous reception and multi‐component separation are also analyzed in simulation. © 2021 Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan.
