(Cu1-xAgx)7GeS5I solid solutions in the form of single crystals have been investigated by impedance spectroscopy in the temperature range from 110 K to 350 K. The partial substitution of mobile Cu+ and Ag+ ions affects the conductivity of these compounds, which is explained by mixed-ion effect.
