Abstract

One of the promising ways to improve the business system efficiency of enterprises is the use of digital tools. Currently, these tools are often used not in the points where the maximum effect is possible, and the results of their implementation are unstable. To solve this problem, a new approach to deploying a transformational project using digital technologies is proposed. The application of this approach in the steelmaking industry of a large metallurgical company made it possible to achieve an additional EBITDA of 695.5 million rubles.
