Design and Innovation of Asynchronous Serial Communication Interface Conversion System of Field Bus

Since the traditional asynchronous serial communication interface conversion system has a series of problems in data reliability, CPU utilization and so on, this paper, starting from the design idea of fieldbus, uses CAN, PROFIBUS-DP, power conversion module, core control module and other software programs to study the conversion process, so as to innovate the conversion system and realize the reliability of data, which greatly improves the utilization rate of CPU.

由于传统异步串行通信接口转换系统存在数据可靠性、CPU利用率等一系列问题,本文从现场总线的设计思想出发,采用CAN、PROFIBUS-DP、电源转换模块、核心控制模块和其他软件程序研究转换过程,从而创新转换系统,实现数据的可靠性,大大提高CPU的利用率。
