The German Journal of Human Resource Management (GHRM) has continued to establish itself in the international realm of human resource management journals. The former German journal Zeitschrift für Personalforschung (ZfP), which has been published in English by SAGE since 2016, can again report an increasing five-year impact factor well above 1 (1.548), and this year’s submissions will have reached nearly 300 by December 2020. This corresponds again to more than a 30% increase over one year. This very positive development is also recognised by the positioning of the GHRM in international rankings. The journal has been ranked as a two star journal in the British ABS and identified by the Australian Business Deans Council Ranking (ABDC) as a B journal since 2019.
