The earliest project along these lines was the Princeton Geniza Project, a searchable collection of keyboarded Geniza documents. The newest is the comprehensive collection of digitized images in the Friedberg Genizah Project. Arabic papyrologists have recently discovered the value of the Geniza and particularly the digitized tools now available.
