A highly asymmetric B−H insertion reaction of various diazo compounds with amine‐ and phosphine‐borane adducts catalyzed by Ru(II)‐Pheox was developed to give chiral organoboranes in high yields (up to 94 %) with high enantioselectivities (up to 98 % ee). It is the first example of a highly enantioselective B−H insertion reaction using a ruthenium catalyst.
