The evolution of the temperature on the romanian Black Sea coast between 1965-2014, from the perspective of the regional and global climatic changes

The air temperature represents one of the most important parameters, that has a contribution to the weather variability in time, also, being influenced by the solar radiations flow, the general circulation of the atmosphere, the relief, etc. This parameter presents oscillations that depend on the astronomical factors and the atmospherical circulation. This study represents an analyze of the temperatures in Dobrogea, in the period 1965-2014, to see their evolution in comparison with the annual averages, as well as to make a prediction as regards their evolution, necessary for the durable development in this region.
