The Method of Temperature Resistivity Creation of the Compact Precision Laser Inclinometer

Abstract

For the Precision Laser Inclinometer (PLI) temperature resistivity increase the essential design innovations have been developed and introduced in the PLI accepted design scheme. The proposed methods of the temperature resistivity guarantee—as shown experimentally—the achievement of a long term PLI sensitivity of 2.8 × 10–11 rad for allowed ±0.1°С variation of temperature of surrounding environment.
