Emotional intelligence is characterized as the capacity to recognize, evaluate, and control one's feelings, others' feelings, and group activities. Emotional intelligence in teachers' teaching is fundamental. It teaches students skills such as active listening, self-awareness, emotional control, empathy, relationship skills, and self-motivation, which can equip them to succeed academically and socially. In this paper, the Heuristic Fuzzy Logic Approach (HFLA) has been proposed to Analyse the Effects of Emotional Intelligence in teachers' teaching quality and teamwork in dance training institutions. Here the Heuristic Fuzzy Logic Approach has been used to map the events and observation of emotional behaviors and the state of emotions easily. The teamwork in dance training with high emotional intelligence may provide a productive dynamic team with learning to manage their reactions and interaction among group members. The experimental results show that the proposed heuristic fuzzy logic approach enhances the student's positive emotions than traditional approaches such as fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (F-DEMATEL), Observe, Amend and Analysis (OAA), Analysis of variance(ANOVA), Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM).
