Abstract Through the process of dialogue, collaboration, and sisterhood, we attempted to demonstrate feminist values and principles in leadership and mentorship through the process of writing this article. Discussions between the three authors led to our reflections of our own personal journeys in leadership roles, along with lessons learned. We then connected our lived experiences to relevant feminist leadership concepts and conclude with our thoughts about this process.
