Abstract
The results of studies of the spectral characteristics of the stochastic motion of charged particles in quasi-two-dimensional clusters in the electric field of a trap are presented. The characteristic particle frequencies and the method for their analytical calculation are considered. The analytical correlations are proposed for the spectral density of displacements in the low-sized clusters consisting up to seven charged particles interacting by means of pair potential. The correlations obtained are verified using numerical simulations of the problem.
