We read with immense interest the article by Aleanakian et al.1 about effectiveness, safety, and predictive potential of ultrasound‐guided Stellate ganglion blockades (SGB) for the treatment of sympathetically maintained pain. We appreciate the exhaustive effort by authors to collect data of such long duration and conclude the factors which could help predict the effectiveness of SGB. However, we do have some queries about the methodology and results of this study.
