In the modern world, the need to create high-quality goods and services and improve product quality comes to the fore. An effective method that many enterprises of the world have resorted to is the quality management system (QMS) in production. Implementation of QMS in the organizational processes requires both time and material costs and carries several problems that arise for managers.
