How to excavate meaningful laws from an abundance of meteorological data and establish an applicable zoning model based on passive evaporative cooling technology to help build an energy-saving control system is the primary research content of this paper. The research status of evaporative cooling technology and applied climate zoning is combed. Based on the recognized technical adaptation area of current scholars, the research scope is determined. The typical adaptive areas of evaporative cooling technology are investigated in Urumqi, Turpan and Xi'an. The purpose of this paper is to find out the difference between the climate and the building thermal environment of the three regions. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and aging years of different databases, the Chinese meteorological surface climate data set is selected as the regional database. According to the purpose of partition and data characteristics, this paper mainly uses the method of data mining to analyze, and the factor analysis method is used to determine the main influence variables of classification. The optimal clustering number is determined by the linear analysis of clustering coefficient and clustering number. Finally, after comparison, Pearson coefficient is selected as the standard to measure the similarity between samples, and the method of systematic clustering is used for partition. Using the method of systematic cluster analysis to determine the specific partition, the specific zoning is determined by using the System Clustering Analysis Method, and the regression model of application degree and zoning index is established. In this study, the GIS interpolation method is used to predict the region of non-sample points according to the longitude and latitude of each meteorological station. In order to form a complete evaporation cooling technology to adapt to the zoning map. The results are consistent with the existing research results, confirming the reliability of the clustering analysis of this data mining technology in the determination of evaporation cooling technology in construction climate zoning research.
