Abstract The target compound, N-(2-chloro-6-methylphenyl)-2-((6-(4-(2-hydroxyethyl) piperazin-1-yl)-2-methylpyrimidin-4-yl)amino)thiazole-5-carboxamide can be achieved by coupling between 2-bromo-N-(2-chloro-6-methylphenyl)thiazole-5-carboxamide and 2-(4-(6-amino-2-methylpyrimidin-4-yl)piperazin-1-yl)ethan-1-ol.
