On Learning Content Development for Educational Engineering Programs

Abstract

The work proposes a method of learning content development to achieve the goals of educational programs. These goals aim at students’ competencies development specified by the educational standard requirements. Using a fuzzy network model, target functions are determined depending on the composition of learning content and the order of information fragments (elements) study. Applying the clustering procedure reduces the computational complexity in the learning content development. The presented examples demonstrate the efficiency of the developed approach.
