Abstract

Based on a kinetic graph and a biokinetics model of the conjugated metabolic cycles of citric acid and the ornithine cycle, the constants of biochemical reactions are selected and a system of eight ordinary differential equations is solved. The dependences of the quantities of metabolites and products on time are constructed.
