On behalf of the members of the American Ceramic Society, it is our honor and our pleasure to recognize the achievements of our friends and colleagues, Hua‐Tay (HT) Lin and Monica Ferraris, the outgoing co‐Editors‐in‐Chief of the International Journal of Applied Ceramic Technology (ACT). They leave having created and nurtured this successful journal dedicated to research that moves ceramics from the research bench to the production floor.
