The task was posed and solved to develop an optimal energy-saving device for controlling liquid (foam) processing of fibrous materials. The expected technical result is the processing of fibrous materials in a foam medium with specified physicochemical properties by intensifying foaming on the surface of the processed fibrous material. The effect of foam treatment on the deformation properties of the material is determined.
