A diffusive tuberculosis model with fast and slow progression is investigated. By using sub-super solution method, Schauder’s fixed point theorem and Lyapunov functional, we obtain that there exists a traveling wave solutions (TWS) for the model if the threshold number ${\Re }_{0}>1$ and $c>{c}^{\ast }$, where ${c}^{\ast }$ is the minimum wave speed.
