The units for air kerma‐area product (PKA) and dose conversion coefficient (DCE) in this article1 were correct in the manuscript and published Accepted Article but were inadvertently changed during the copyediting process. The correct unit for PKA is Gy cm2, sometimes written as Gy·cm2. The correct unit for DCE is therefore mSv (Gy cm2) –1. Dose is multiplied by area, not divided. The incorrect units (Gy/cm2 and mSv (Gy/cm2)–1) appear on pages 977 and 979 and in Tables I and III. These changes were not brought to the attention of the author and were missed when the galley proofs were reviewed.

The Results and Conclusions of this article are unchanged.
