This paper provides the results of a study of compositions based on polyaspartate-modified urea resins—a new kind of raw material for waterproofing materials. It is shown that the lifetime and some physical and mechanical properties of these elastomers can be adjusted by adding aspartic compounds to the polyol component of the urea resin system.
