Abstract We study hypersurfaces of the homogeneous nearly Kahler manifold S 3 × S 3 which have P -isotropic normal vector field. We describe the immersion of such hypersurfaces in S 3 × S 3 and we give one example. We prove that they cannot be either Hopf or minimal hypersurfaces.
