Abstract

New results on controllability properties for bilinear systems with discrete time and scalar control without restrictions are presented. The controllability properties of bilinear systems with permutation matrices are discussed. For the first time, it was possible to establish and prove the necessary and sufficient conditions for the controllability of the systems under study.
