The cover feature picture shows the importance of zinc in altering lipid composition in cellular membranes, which affects signal transduction inside the brain. Mass spectrometry imaging was used to show that zinc deficiency changes lipid composition and lipid abundance in the brain of Drosophila and the changes are similar to those caused by cognitive‐impairing drugs.
