Abstract

The methods and results of experimental studies on the dynamics of the temperature regime, the thickness of the active layer, and rock heave deformation over a 5-year period of field observations, as well as the results of predictive modeling of these processes on the Zvenigorod Biological Station of the Moscow State University, are reported. The field data are compared with the calculated characteristics based on numerical modeling of heave process.
