The IEEE International Workshop on Applied Measurements for Power Systems (AMPS) is the main event promoted by TC-39 of the Instrumentation and Measurement Society (Measurements in Power Systems). The 2019 edition is particularly significant because it is the tenth of a series that began in 2010 in Aachen, Germany. For this reason, after two years, it was decided to come back home and celebrate the tenth anniversary at the E.ON Energy Research Center, RWTH Aachen University, Aachen, Germany, where AMPS was hosted on September 25–27, 2019.
