A subgroup H of a finite group G is said to be S-semipermutable in G, if H permutes with all Sylow q-subgroups of G for the primes q not dividing |H|. In this paper, we consider the S-semipermutability of some p-subgroups to investigate the p-supersolubility of a finite group. Some interesting results are obtained which extend some known results.
