Abstract
We studied the effect of the composition and dopants on the structure of a SiC–Al2O3 composite. The density, porosity, and morphological features of the structure were considered. The physicomechanical properties of the obtained samples, such as flexural strength and hardness, were explored. The optimal values of these characteristics are found relative to the compositions and technological modes of production.中文翻译:
