Project scope changes during the development phase of your product introduce additional layers of complexity, something which is not uncommon due to unforeseen field conditions. The whole process of building up an idea to a proof of concept and testing its financial feasibility within a given time frame and in different environments is a challenge for many software companies operating in the water sector.
