Inspired by the process of tattooing on human skin, an intrinsic self‐healing polymer containing dynamic covalent bonds is proposed as a substrate for information storage. In article number 1903785, Daniel Crespy and co‐workers demonstrate reversible and irreversible data encryption by mechanically writing a message in polymer substrates without and with dyes.

Sci。13/2020)
