In Lulijwa et al . (2020), the following errors were published on pages 733, 736, and 737.

On page 733, reactive oxygen species (ROS) was defined at its second mention (instead on the first mention on page 732). Therefore, on page 732, the sentence with the mention of ROS should read as “At the cellular level, repeated poly (I:C) stimulation enhanced reactive oxygen species (ROS) production of HK macrophages in O. mykiss (Boltaña et al ., 2009)."

On page 733, the sentence with the mention of reactive oxygen species (ROS) should read as “Furthermore, the effects of poly (I:C) on haematological parameters, peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) functional parameters of phagocytosis, ROS and NO production and tissue‐specific biochemical profiles remain entirely unknown in O. tshawytscha .”

On page 736, in Table 1, full gene names were italicized for the following genes:

  • Interleukin‐1β
  • Tumornecrosis factor‐alpha

The correct font style should be:

  • Interleukin‐1β
  • Tumor necrosis factor‐alpha

The spelling for Tumornecrosis factor‐alpha is incorrect. It should be Tumor necrosis.
