Silica Gel Immobilized Ionic Liquid Dispersion Extraction and Separation of Triazine and Acetanilide Herbicides in Beans

The method of silica gel immobilized ionic liquid dispersion extraction and separation of triazine and acetanilide herbicides, including atrazine, oxadiazon, metazachlor, and propanil, in beans was established and applied. Four herbicides were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by high-performance liquid chromatography. Some factors, including the amount of the ionic liquid, the ratio of dispersant to sample, and the type and volume of eluent affecting the extraction efficiency were optimized. The results show that the atrazine, oxadiazon, metazachlor, and propanil had good linear relationship in the range of 0.1–10 μg mL−1, and the linear correlation coefficient is between 0.9913 and 0.9960. The detection limits were within the range of 2.4–10.3 μg kg−1, and the average recoveries are between 90.7 and 116.5%. The method is simple, sensitive, and efficient, and is suitable for the separation and analysis of triazine and acetanilide herbicides residues in beans.
