A Full Factorial Experiment in Development of Model Compositions

Abstract This article analyzes the influence of quantitative constituents of main components of model compositions (reciprocal solvent, polymer, strengthening component, and filler) on their specifications (yield strength and shrinkage). It has been established that the main parameters exerting a significant influence on the yield strength are the strengthening component and polymer, while the main parameters exerting a significant influence on thermal stability are polymer and filler. In addition, it has been established that, to obtain model compositions with high steady properties, high-quality initial components need to be used.
