Abstract

The ionic composition of soluble salts was analyzed in cryopegs of various types of mineralization at the Yamal Peninsula. The changes of the chemical composition of cryopeg waters during cryogenic metamorphism were revealed. The ratios of macrocomponents in cryopeg compositions indicate different (marine and infiltration) geneses of the initial solutions.
