Abstract In our previous article [1] , a functor was constructed from an ∞-category of ( ∞ , n ) -categories to space-valued invariants on vari-framed stratified n-manifolds. This functor was asserted to be fully-faithful, based on a calculation that a space of conically smooth diffeomorphisms of a hemispherically stratified n-disk that preserve a vari-framing is contractible. This core calculation is false in dimensions n ≥ 3 , and the functor is not fully-faithful in dimensions n ≥ 3 .
