Recently, complete mesocolic excision (CME) with central vascular ligation (CVL) for colonic cancer has been introduced[1,2], and this surgical concept is increasingly being adopted by minimally invasive surgeons as the optimal approach for colon cancer resection[3,4]. However D3 lymphadenectomy and intracorporeal anastomosis using a single-port technique are regarded as highly challenging procedures. Herein, we present a video of reduced-port laparoscopic complete mesocolic excision and intracorporeal anastomosis for right-sided colon cancer.
