More precisely, we prove that if the horizontal velocity component $u_h=(u_1,u_2)$ satisfies $\nabla u_h\in L^q(0,T;L^p\left({\mathbb{R}}^3\right)),\frac{3}{p}+\frac{2}{q}\le \frac{3}{2},2\le p\le \infty$, then the solution $(u,d)$ is regular.
