Cover Picture. Scaly‐tooth mushroom, Sarcodon imbricatus, is an edible mushroom, commonly consumed in many parts of the world. In this study, the authors present the levels various inorganic elemental concentrations in fruiting bodies (caps and stems) of this mushroom species collected from Wdzydze forests and the Augustowska Primeval forests in northern Poland. The concentrations of the analytes varied in caps and stems and also with geographical origin of the samples. In addition, toxic elements such as Cd and Hg showed preferential accumulation in caps than in stems, as reported by Falandysz et al. in their full paper at 10.1002/cbdv.202000167.

他们的论文全文为10.1002 / cbdv.202000167。
