A change domain‐based model repair method via Petri nets

Processes in the Internet of things can be represented by Petri net. Based on the behavior process model of Petri net, a model‐based repair method based on change domain is proposed. By using the corresponding relation of consistency analysis between source model and target model, the suspicious area of source model is first found out, and then the suspicious area is gradually narrowed by algorithm until the range of change area is finally determined and the minimum change area is found. Then, the variation areas in the model are repaired based on the compactness. Finally, the proposed method is verified and analyzed with a practical application.
