Outside Front Cover: Nonthermal plasma nanocrystal synthesis coupled with thermal or plasma enhanced atomic layer deposition can form bi‐phasic nanocomposites with intriguing new materials properties. Tuning the nanocomposite structure allows for tailoring the electrical, optical, and thermal characteristics. The nanocomposites' biphasic nature enables independent control of several properties and can endow materials with multiple functionalities.
