The novel n‐n type heterojunction of TiO2‐Ti2O3(H2O)2(C2O4)⋅H2O, realizing a direct Z‐scheme of the charge transfer mechanism, preparing by in‐situ growth of titanium oxalate through one‐step hydrothermal method, possessing janus‐shaped structure, is a photocatalyst for wastewater treatment or photoanode for photoelectrochemical water splitting.
