Organocatalytic cascade α,γ‐dialkylation of α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes is achieved with excellent enantioselectivity. Perfect regioselectivity is realized in the presence of trifluoroethanol. Substrates scope is established with a variety of α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes and alkylating agents in excellent E/Z selectivity. The practicality of this methodology is demonstrated by the gram‐scale synthesis.
