The correct forms of 3 coauthors’ names are Senthilkumar Balakrishnan, PhD; Ashraf F. Nabhan, PhD; and Vahid Fallah Omrani, PhD. The correct affiliation for coauthor Morteza Jafarinia, MSc, is the Department of Immunology, School of Medicine, Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Isfahan, Iran. In the Table, the correct age-standardized incidence rate for female patients with acute lymphoid leukemia is 1.2 (95% uncertainty interval, 0.9-1.4). In Figures 1 and 2, the key title has been changed to “Average annual percentage change, %” to more accurately reflect that the key represents a change in age-standardized incidence rate.
