Robust estimation for LPV systems in the presence of non-uniform measurements

This paper proposes a novel block-wise observer structure for Linear Parameter-Varying (LPV) systems in the presence of non-uniform measurements. The proposed observer is robust to parametric variations and measurement noise. Structural detectability and stability of the proposed observer are guaranteed. Numerical simulations of a real case study allowed the validation of the effectiveness of the Robust Modified Receding Horizon State Estimator (RM-RHE) proposed in this work.
