The optical properties of perylene bisimide dyes (PBI) are strongly aggregation dependent. Thus, PBIs are perfect candidates for probing interdye interactions immobilized onto nanoparticle surfaces. The synergetic interplay of different spectroscopic techniques and molecular dynamics simulations gives insights into the aggregation in the form of H‐aggregates. Overall, the conclusions presented in article number 1903729 by Marcus Halik, Dirk M. Guldi, and co‐workers enable fine‐tuning of the surface morphology of the attached dyes.
