In article number 1901187 by Chunhui Wu, Yiyao Liu, and co‐workers, an acid‐triggered charge‐reversible graphene‐based all‐in‐one nanocomplex is developed for simultaneous and controlled delivery of photosensitizer and oligonucleotide inhibitor of miR‐21. It exhibits prominent therapeutic advantages of gene‐photo combination treatment of cancer by antagonizing the miR‐21 signal axile by laser irradiation.
